Aviva plc is seeking a Group Protection Proposition Consultant to identify market opportunities, enhance propositions and develop innovative solutions that drive growth and improve customer experiences. You will lead ideas from concept through to implementation, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering good customer outcomes across Product, Marketing, Distribution, Innovation and Customer teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Group Protection and proposition development.
• Experience translating insights into commercially viable propositions and products.
• Strong understanding of customer experience, compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and enhancement of customer propositions to grow market share and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and launch new products and proposition improvements from concept to launch.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends and competitor activity to define product requirements and value propositions.
• Develop product positioning and support marketing activity for clear messaging to customers.
• Ensure delivery of good customer outcomes while complying with governance, regulatory and risk management requirements.
