• Strong Motor underwriting experience, with confidence handling complex referrals.
• Experience in a Product or technical underwriting role (desirable).
• Proven ability to support system or product change initiative.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data clearly.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• High attention to detail and an adaptable, solutions-focused mindset.

• Support the development and roll-out of Commercial Motor underwriting rules, documentation and product enhancements.
• Contribute to Core Modernisation, Fast Trade improvements and other strategic programmes.
• Provide insight, analysis and reporting that support underwriting performance and customer outcomes.
• Act as a trusted referral point for complex Commercial Motor underwriting queries.
• Support delivery of regulatory and legislative changes across the Commercial Motor portfolio.
• Drive continuous improvement across systems, underwriting processes and product governance.
