Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years in HR, with complex employee relations.
• Experience delivering HR across multiple teams/entities in a growing SME.
• Third-level qualification in HR/Business; CIPD is a big plus.
• Payroll experience, BrightPay preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law; UK exposure is a bonus.
• Good commercial awareness and ability to influence and lead change.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Own the full HR lifecycle across the group, from recruitment and onboarding through to performance, ER and compliance.
• Develop and roll out HR policies and frameworks that support growth and consistency across divisions.
• Manage payroll administration (BrightPay) with the finance team, ensuring accuracy and Revenue compliance.
• Be the first point of contact for employee relations, including grievances, disciplinaries, investigations and conflict resolution.
• Design and run the group’s performance review cycle, and support line managers with appraisals and goal setting.
• Lead group recruitment, from workforce planning and role design through to selection, onboarding and probation.
• Work with leadership and finance on headcount planning, salary reviews and forecasting.
• Keep the group compliant with Irish and UK employment law, including WRC codes of practice.
• Monitor absence, drive engagement and support leaders with 1:1s.
• Liaise with IT provider on tickets and escalations.
