Job summary

Applegreen Stores seeks a Group HR Generalist to support the Group HR team in Ireland, the UK and the US. This hands-on role focuses on learning and development while coordinating recruitment, reward, performance, employer branding and culture initiatives.

The successful candidate will manage HR administration, stakeholder engagement and HRIS/LMS activities, ensuring accurate data and timely delivery across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 2-3 years' experience in an HR generalist, HR coordinator or HR project role
• Experience with HR processes/projects; LMS/HRIS/ATS beneficial

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible project coordination and administrative support across HR pillars: Learning & Development, Performance, Reward & Recognition, Employer Brand, Recruitment & Onboarding, Culture & Engagement, HR Projects, Data & Team Support
• Coordinate groupwide learning and development initiatives and manage logistics and records
• Support annual reward, performance management cycles and communications
• Assist employer brand, onboarding processes and candidate coordination
• Support culture initiatives, employee surveys, communications and wellbeing programs
• Maintain HR records, dashboards, and budgets; assist multi-stakeholder projects
