Applegreen is seeking a Group HR Generalist to join our HR team in Ireland. The role provides practical, hands-on support across the employee lifecycle with a focus on groupwide Learning & Development in the first 12 months, while also assisting with recruitment, reward and recognition, performance management, employer brand and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in an HR generalist, HR coordinator or HR project role within a fast-paced organisation
• Experience supporting a range of HR processes and projects; exposure to learning & development, recruitment, performance, reward, engagement or employer brand activity is advantageous
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Experience using HRIS, LMS, ATS or employee communication platforms would be beneficial
• Experience coordinating suppliers, events, workshops or multi-stakeholder projects is desirable

Responsabilités

• Coordinating learning and development initiatives across groups
• Managing programme logistics and lean records
• Providing administrative support for the LMS and coordinating external learning providers
• Supporting learning and development calendar and communications
• Supporting group-wide learning & development projects, benchmarking and industry research
• Assisting administration of reward and performance management cycles
• Supporting recruitment advertising, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, offer administration and reporting
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding projects and processes
• Coordinating culture and engagement initiatives including surveys, action planning and communications
• Providing project and administrative support for wellbeing, inclusion and employee experience initiatives
• Providing project coordination and administrative support for Group HR roadmap priorities
• Maintaining accurate HR records and data in HRIS
• Compiling and quality-checking people information for reports and leadership updates
• Managing POs and budget tracking for HR programmes, suppliers, and events
• Building relationships across Group and regional teams for responsive support
