Job summary

Applegreen Group, a leading roadside hospitality retailer, is seeking a Group HR Generalist to join the Group HR team in Ireland. The role focuses on coordinating groupwide learning & development initiatives and supporting HR processes across recruitment, rewards, performance management, and employer branding.

You will work on culture, engagement and employee experience initiatives, collaborate with regional teams and help maintain HRIS records, budgets and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business or a related discipline is advantageous.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in an HR generalist, HR coordinator or HR project role within a fast-paced organisation.
• Experience supporting a range of HR processes and projects; exposure to learning and development, recruitment, performance, reward, engagement or employer brand activity is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS, LMS, ATS or employee communication platforms would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver groupwide learning and development initiatives.
• Support HR Pillar Leads with recruitment, reward and recognition, and performance management activities.
• Assist with employer branding, onboarding/offboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide project coordination and administrative support for HR roadmap priorities.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support budget tracking for HR programmes.
