Barden is partnering with Cork, Ireland, to recruit a Cost Accounting Finance Manager who will oversee cost accounting and inventory within the international finance team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE as an accountant.
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence at a senior level.
• High integrity with an organized, efficient, confident approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost accounting activities across international operations.
• Manage month-end close and reporting for inventory and cost accounting.
• Partner with Operations, FP&A and key stakeholders for financial insights.
• Support inventory accounting, costing reviews and financial controls.
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems and controls.
• Identify opportunities for automation and leverage AI to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with global finance and operational teams.
• Contribute to strategic projects and process transformation.
