Job summary

Global Professional Consultants in South County Dublin, Sandyford, is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team. You will manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development to placement and win new business while building long-term client relationships.

Source, interview and manage candidates, negotiate offers and close placements, and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in recruitment, sales, business development or another target-driven role.
• Commercially driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and ambitious with a strong desire to succeed.

This role is Not for you if you:

• Don't enjoy outbound sales calls or working to targets.
• Prefer administration or HR to sales.
• Are not motivated by commission and performance.

• Basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE €40k–€60k+).
