The Graduate Planner role focuses on purchasing and delivering raw materials, gaining project management experience, and collaborating across Campus Ireland. Start date is September 2027, with on-site development and mentoring to grow cross-functional skills.

Qualifications

• Essential: you are pursuing a minimum bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related Business and graduate in 2027.
• Customer-focused ensuring that customer requirements are clearly planned for and communicated within the organization.
• Excellent computer proficiency e.g. MS Office, SAP.
• Excellent analytical skill to identify gaps and root causes and develop solutions.
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines and maintain a positive attitude.
• Demonstrates flexibility and ability to respond to changing priorities and multitask effectively.

Responsabilités

• Execute development, maintenance, communication, and publication of the Materials Requirements Plan to meet patient requirements.
• Maintain raw materials and components inventories within target, minimizing excess and obsolescence.
• Contribute to global balancing of materials and components to optimize quality, service, reliability and cost.
• Ensure material delivery schedules are communicated to suppliers on time to meet plan requirements.
• Partner with Global Procurement to drive supplier performance improvements, including quality and timely delivery.
