Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Graduate Manufacturing Process Specialist for Cork, Ireland. The programme will build technical skills, cross-functional exposure on site, and leadership abilities while contributing to capital projects and daily operations.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role involves troubleshooting processes, supporting commissioning and qualification, and preparing batch records and work instructions within a compliant manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor level degree, due to graduate in 2027.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; SAP/LIMS or similar.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork; strong communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Report process performance using SPC.
• Support DCS/PLC control systems troubleshooting.
• Lead cross-functional teams when required.
• Assist commissioning and qualification activities.
• Prepare batch records and work instructions.
