Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Cork, Ireland is seeking a Graduate Manufacturing Process Specialist for the Campus Ireland Programme. The role reports to Operations and supports day-to-day manufacturing activities at the Cork site.

You will gain hands-on experience across process optimization, commissioning, and qualification, while developing project management and communication skills within a collaborative team. Start date: September 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor-level degree in a relevant science or engineering field, graduating in 2027.
• MS Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency required.
• Experience with SAP, LIMS or similar systems preferred.
• 6-Sigma/Kepner-Tregoe or similar problem solving methodology training.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot manufacturing process and equipment issues.
• Analyze process performance using statistical methods.
• Troubleshoot DCS/PLC control systems and resolve issues.
• Support commissioning and qualification activities.
• Prepare and update batch records, procedures and work instructions.
• Provide training on processes and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and EHS requirements.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional teams as needed.
