Qualifications

• Third level qualification in Marketing / Communications / Business or 12 months' experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong experience using MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, pitches and other client-facing materials.
• Manage bid proposal processes including monitoring tender portals and proofreading bid materials.
• Collaborate with lawyers to gather information and update content libraries.
• Prepare reports and pipeline tracking for senior leaders.
• Conduct market research to build knowledge across departments.
