Job summary

Leading Irish law firm is seeking a junior candidate to join their bids and business development team. This is an excellent entry point for graduates or those with a placement year to gain hands-on experience in tender preparation and bid processes within a busy legal environment.

You will support creating client-facing materials, manage bid-related tasks, and contribute to market research across departments to build knowledge and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Third level qualification in Marketing / Communications / Business or 12 months minimum experience in a similar position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong experience using MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, pitches, proposals and other client-facing materials.
• All aspects of bid proposal processes: monitoring tender portals, formatting and proofreading bid materials, liaising with lawyers across the firm to gather information and updating files and templates for the internal content libraries.
• Preparing reports and pipeline tracking for leaders across the firm.
• Carrying out market research and building knowledge for all departments across the firm.
