Our client is currently seeking highly organised and proactive Bid & Contracts Coordinator/Adminstrator to support continued growth across the Power, Water and Civil Infrastructure sectors. This is a varied role combining bid coordination, framework and contract administration, commercial support and business development.
The role is hybrid, with occasional travel to project sites, client meetings and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of PQQs, tenders, bids and framework applications.
- Maintain bid libraries, capability statements, case studies, CVs and supporting documentation.
- Prepare presentations, customer submissions, brochures and other sales and marketing materials.
- Maintain framework agreements, contract registers and associated commercial records.
- Support client reporting and framework performance submissions.
- Manage document control and ensure records are accurate, current and maintained in line with company procedures.
- Coordinate information and documentation across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support business development activities, customer engagement and industry events.
- Assist with board papers, management reports and strategic business presentations.
About You
- Relevant third-level qualification in Business, Law, Commercial Management, Marketing, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in bid coordination, contract administration, commercial support or a similar role.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using AI tools to support research, document preparation and productivity.
- Knowledge of contract law, contract administration or claims management would be a distinct advantage.
