The successful candidate will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for employees across the organisation, acting as the link between Payroll and HR, Pensions, and Finance.

The role requires strong knowledge of payroll systems, current legislation, taxation, and HSE policies, with a focus on delivering a high-quality payroll service and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years plus experience as a Payroll Officer.
• Experience of working on large payrolls (1,800+ employees).
• Experience with Softworks time and attendance system.
• Experience with Megapay.
• Advanced Excel skills.
