Land Development Agency in Ireland seeks a Governance Framework Manager to lead the design, maintenance and implementation of the governance framework, shaping policy, controls, compliance monitoring and reporting across the organisation.

You will drive the ISO 9001:2015 path, support internal and external audits, deliver governance framework training, and collaborate with business units to embed effective risk management and assurance throughout the LDA.

Competenze

• Third level degree and/or professional qualification in relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in governance or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Irish public sector governance frameworks.
• Excellent attention to detail and financial acumen.
• Experience with quality management systems is desirable.
• Knowledge of public sector and international auditing standards is desirable.
• Experience applying AI technologies to governance frameworks is desirable.

Mansioni

• Maintain and continually improve the Register of Policies and Procedures and the Register of Obligations.
• Monitor external and internal environment for new obligations and update records as required.
• Support BUs in updating and developing new P&Ps.
• Develop, maintain and deliver the governance framework annual work plan.
• Advise stakeholders on P&P drafting to ensure clarity and conciseness; draft P&Ps.
• Manage end-to-end P&P governance path for review and approval.
• Report on governance framework status to Leadership Team, Board and Committees.
• Monitor compliance with P&Ps and report non-compliance.
• Support planning and administration of the GRC Working Group.
• Ensure comprehensive record keeping of governance artefacts.
• Develop and deliver governance framework training for staff.
• Coordinate publication of updated P&Ps and obligations.
• Maintain Glossary of Terms and review definitions for consistency.
• Support ISO 9001:2015 certification development and maintenance.
• Monitor opportunities to improve internal controls.
• Liaise with auditors and assist closure of audit recommendations.
• Represent the governance framework on working groups and projects.
