Job summary

Rhenus Logistics in Ireland seeks a Compliance & Governance Specialist to own and maintain the Ireland Compliance Framework and IMS governance across all sites. You will develop policies, monitor regulatory changes, and provide interpretation to management and operations teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of ISO standards, risk management, and regulatory requirements, with experience in multi-site logistics environments. You will coordinate audits and support certification activities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, governance systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with ISO standards, audits, and certification programmes.
• Understanding of risk management frameworks and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Ireland Compliance Framework.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, standards, and governance controls.
• Provide compliance guidance to management and operational teams.
• Monitor regulatory changes and support implementation across the organisation.
• Govern IMS across Ireland, including governance of Compliance, Risk, Audit, CAPA, and document control.
• Act as Ireland Q-Pulse governance owner and key user.
• Coordinate Management Reviews and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Drive continuous audit readiness and regulatory compliance across locations.
