Uisce Éireann is hiring a Governance & Compliance Analyst in Ireland to support Integrated Assurance and continuous controls monitoring. You will work closely with the CFO and Finance teams to drive compliant, efficient processes and robust control environments.

Reporting to the Integrated Assurance Lead, you will help implement finance processes, manage risk registers, and provide evidence-based reviews. Build strong relationships across the organisation to underpin effective decision making.

Competenze

• Relevant third level qualification and/or accreditation desirable.
• 3+ years in water/utilities or related industries desirable.
• Experience managing a team with people, change management and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record dealing with complex issues and delivering results.
• Strong analytical skills; identify problems and propose improvements.
• Adaptability and ability to shift focus with business strategy.

Mansioni

• Support the implementation of Finance processes and a Compliance Framework.
• Deliver the Integrated Audit Assurance Report and ensure key controls are evidence-based.
• Complete the Internal Control Self-Assessment with evidence-based review.
• Review and input into the Risk Registers.
• Oversee weekly/monthly Bank Audit reporting.
• Assist with Integrated Assurance Forum reporting.
• Maintain relationships with Finance customers and stakeholders.
• Liaise with external auditors as required.
