Job summary

Slieve Russell Hotel Golf & Country Club in Belturbet, Ireland, invites applications for a dual role as Golf Administrator and Corporate Golf Sales Executive. This position combines smooth day-to-day golf operations with proactive sales, working Monday to Friday to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.

You will coordinate golf group bookings, manage member communications, and build strong relationships with corporate clients and visiting societies.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, administration, hospitality or related roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer-focused approach.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for golf members, visiting societies and guests.
• Manage golf group reservations and society visits using BRS and Opera.
• Coordinate all aspects of golf group bookings, including BEOs, rooming lists, tee times and dining.
• Produce monthly reports on performance, revenue and activity levels.
• Prepare and issue member communications and invitations.
• Maintain accurate systems, records and administrative processes.
