Job summary

• Ensure all service is performed according to department procedures
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors and related areas
• Report maintenance faults to Accommodation Management Team
• Know all Accommodation services and hotel facilities and opening hours
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in your area of work
• Attend all training courses as notified by management
