Job summary

Aon plc in Ireland is seeking a seasoned Workforce Transformation Director to lead and grow our practice, partnering with clients to design practical, future-ready workforce solutions aligned to business objectives.

You will drive business growth, win opportunities, and oversee delivery of complex workforce transformation engagements across AI impact, operating model design, workforce planning and skills analytics, working with global teams as needed.

Qualifications

Experience in workforce transformation and organisation design.
Proven track record in winning new opportunities.
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow Aon’s Workforce Transformation business through business development and client relationship management.
Build and maintain a network of senior stakeholders to identify and convert opportunities.
Shape, sell and lead customised workforce transformation solutions across AI, operating model design and skills analytics.
Lead client engagements with a focus on quality, accuracy and commercial objectives.
Manage project teams and coach junior colleagues while remaining involved in delivery.
Support thought leadership and market-facing propositions to strengthen Aon’s position.
