Job summary

Aon is seeking an experienced professional to grow its Workforce Transformation practice in Ireland, with responsibilities spanning business development, client relationships and delivery leadership. The role will collaborate with colleagues across EMEA and globally, focusing on transforming client workforces through AI impact, operating model design and skills-based transformations.

Qualifications

Experience in workforce transformation, organisation design, workforce strategy, HR transformation or related consulting.
Proven track record of business development and senior stakeholder relationship management.
Experience leading and delivering complex consulting projects.
Knowledge of workforce planning, operating model design, organisation effectiveness and analytics.
Commercial competence with ability to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow Aon's Workforce Transformation business through business development and client relation.
Build a strong network of senior stakeholders to identify and convert opportunities.
Shape, sell and lead customised workforce transformation solutions.
Lead client engagements across AI workforce impact and operating model design.
Ensure projects are delivered with quality, accuracy and efficiency.
Manage project teams and coach junior colleagues.
Support thought leadership and market-facing propositions.
