Qualifications

• Proven leadership in operations and transformation.
• Experience designing operating models and governance structures.
• Hands-on experience with automation, AI, analytics and digital tools.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-border teams; cross-border experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish the Middle Office operating model, priorities and transformation roadmap.
• Build and lead a cross-border team focused on delivery and continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify work that can be simplified, centralized, automated or redesigned.
• Understand root causes and design scalable future-state processes and services.
• Lead implementation and embed process and behavioral changes.
