Job summary

Acre Security in Dublin is hiring a Global Application Specialist to lead operations and governance of the Visitor Identity Management platform across global sites. You will coordinate changes, incidents, releases, and vendor activities as the primary liaison among business stakeholders and regional teams.

The role emphasizes global support, compliance, and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering stable, scalable application services across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise software in a global environment.
• Experience managing enterprise applications across multiple sites/regions.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based service management.
• Experience coordinating with third-party vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration and support of the VIM platform.
• Coordinate change requests, deployments, and upgrades.
• Serve as Level 3 SME for escalations from regional teams.
• Track SLAs, incidents, and service trends.
• Communicate planned releases and operational activities to stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and training materials.
