Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking a Lead, Identity & Access Management (IAM) User Operations to own governance, controls, and operational outcomes across enterprise platforms. You will work with security, technology, audit, and business stakeholders to ensure IAM processes are secure and scalable.

The role requires strong technical expertise, risk awareness, and leadership to drive IAM maturity across platforms like Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

Qualifications

• . Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• . 4-7 years of IAM, security operations, infrastructure, or related roles.
• . Demonstrated experience owning or leading IAM operational activities and controls.
• . Strong understanding of access provisioning, certifications, entitlement management, and access governance.
