Job summary

Cubic³ in Dublin is seeking a Senior Support Engineering Manager to lead the global connectivity platform support for OEM customers. You will manage a team across platform operations, network operations, and change management, coordinating with engineering and product to ensure reliable service and rapid resolution of incidents.

This leadership role focuses on measured improvements, ITIL‑aligned processes, and tooling enhancements to reduce manual work and enable proactive problem management.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in technical support or operations.
• Experience managing managers or team leads across multiple sites/time zones.
• Strong understanding of network operations, mobile connectivity or IoT.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 15 support and operations engineers via team leads.
• Own service performance against SLAs and report operational health to stakeholders.
• Act as senior escalation owner for major incidents and ensure permanent fixes.
• Plan capacity, on‑call rotations, and coordinate with partners/vendors.
• Drive incident/problem/change/release maturity and tooling improvements.
• Own hiring, onboarding and development planning with the People Team.
