Job summary

Google seeks a Program Manager in Ireland to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion, coordinating requirements, schedules, risks, and cross-functional communication across offices and time zones. You will partner with the Vendor Management Organization (VMO) on outsourced workforce, agreements, and spend, delivering high-impact vendor programs and measurable improvements.

Salary in Ireland is €92,000–€94,000 with a 15% bonus target, equity, and comprehensive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program management and stakeholder management in financial operations.
Experience in governance and interpretation of agreement deliverables and connection to financial operations./processes.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end execution of a global commercial operations environment supported by the external workforce and FTEs (agreements, funding, deliverables, governance).
Identify process gaps, implement scalable changes, and measure improvements to existing process frameworks and operations; manage risks.
Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to establish KPIs and ensure all vendor KPIs and SLAs are tracked.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners and liaise with vendors on day-to-day operations.
Contribute to stakeholder and vendor business reviews, driving change and innovation in the VMO function.
