Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with vendor service providers and ensure high-quality output and successful outcomes.
• Evaluate vendor performance against key metrics and SLAs; address issues and implement corrective actions.
• Identify process, tools, data and metrics improvements; partner with Product, Tools, Analytics and Process Excellence teams.
• Lead vendor selection, forecasting, resource and budget planning for vendor operations and support model decisions.
• Manage Purchase Orders, invoices and other vendor activities including onboarding and training.
