Job summary

Google in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Program Manager for Server Operations to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, coordinating requirements, schedules, risks and communications with cross-functional partners.

You will work with Google's data center teams to plan headcount, drive projects end-to-end, and keep stakeholders aligned across offices and time zones, ensuring progress and timely delivery. Equity and benefits are part of the package.

• Proactive risk management and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Exercises independent judgment, takes full ownership of program outcomes, and proactively drives process improvements to enhance velocity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects focused on enabling Google's data center teams to operate at scale.
• Run the gamut of responsibility from headcount and hiring planning, to ushering complex projects through the entire lifecycle.
• Oversee projects as they often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, requiring you to keep all players coordinated on progress and deadlines to ultimately enable Google's data center operations teams.
• Manage project schedules, proactively identify risks to on-time delivery, and clearly communicate goals and status to key stakeholders.
