Job summary

Google in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Program Manager for Server Operations to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, coordinating requirements, schedules, risks and communications with cross-functional partners.

You will work with Google's data center teams to plan headcount, drive projects end-to-end, and keep stakeholders aligned across offices and time zones, ensuring progress and timely delivery. Equity and benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management, leading multi-disciplinary projects.
Experience creating visual presentations.
Experience in project management and communications.
Experience in customer service and working with technical management teams.

Responsibilities

Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects spanning cross-functional teams and time zones.
Manage project schedules, risks, and stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle.
Coordinate hiring planning, headcount, and project resources for data-center operations.
Ensure on-time delivery and clear status reporting to key partners.
