Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to develop and drive the global customer engagement strategy across regions. You will lead the Field Applications Engineering team, coordinate field activities, and ensure delivery against technical standards.

You will manage multi-regional projects, align commercial and technical delivery, and mentor teams to raise maturity and capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years’ experience in technical consulting or related disciplines.
• Leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills with builders, OEMs, integrators, or industrial customers.
• Proven project management and multi-regional resource planning experience.
• Budget ownership or P&L experience.

Responsibilities
