Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Regional GCM lead to partner with regional and in‑country leadership, ensuring GCM activities are understood, adopted, and upheld. You will align with GCM Business Management, Customer Enablement and CoE to drive growth and sustainment across markets.

You will serve as the primary regional POC for operational customer requests, ensure SLA alignment, and build long‑term customer relationships while delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Exceptional experience in strategy, tactics, development, and facilitation.
• International management experience preferred.
• Business degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Operations management background.
• Third‑party logistics experience is preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English.
• Additional language skills are highly beneficial.
• Demonstrable E2E experience across sales, strategy, consulting, and supply chain.
• Must excel at and enjoy collaborating with members of the operations team and client representatives to troubleshoot and solve existing problems.
• Excellent verbal, written and visual/presentation communication skills.
• Proven interpersonal and leadership skills to develop strong working relationships at all levels/geographies.
• Presents well at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure GCM activities are understood, adopted, implemented and upheld.
• Coordinate with GCM Business Management, Customer Enablement and CoE to align strategy and growth.
• Act as regional POC for operational customer requests and provide visibility to GCM on operations performance.
• Ensure regional operations meet SLAs and reporting requirements.
• Build and sustain long‑term customer relationships.
• Support local, regional and global sales initiatives with customer, GCM and operations.
• Generate and deliver KPI reports and analyze performance across locations.
