Job summary

Kerry Group is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to develop and support our global Salesforce solution, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The role acts as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, demanding proactive stakeholder management and clear communication.

We operate a hybrid working policy with office presence in Naas, three days per week. The suitable candidate will join a collaborative team driving digital transformation and customer-facing platforms.

Qualifications

• In-depth experience in a similar Salesforce/BA role with project delivery.
• Ability to translate technical terms for business stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support the global Kerry Salesforce solution and related technologies.
• Manage stakeholders and project delivery from design to live environment.
• Configure, test, deploy, and document Salesforce changes.
• Collaborate with ICT service delivery and security teams.
• Support data activities including analytics and data mining.
