MarketStar is seeking an experienced Sales Program Manager to lead day-to-day delivery, client engagement, and operational excellence for a global EDU sales program. You will report to the Global Director in the United States and coordinate with stakeholders across markets.

The role requires strong client leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage international teams to drive revenue performance and exceed program goals. Hybrid work in Dublin, with generous benefits.

Competenze

• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams or people leaders.
• 5+ years in sales, client services, account management, or business operations in a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams to achieve complex commercial, pipeline, productivity, and revenue objectives.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
• Advanced analytics with BI/CRM tools and data-driven decisions.

Mansioni

• Serve as trusted advisor and primary day-to-day contact for Google stakeholders.
• Lead operational performance of EDU team including resource planning and budget alignment.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline development, and key metrics; forecast and drive actions to meet targets.
• Coach and mentor team members through performance management and succession planning.
• Collaborate with global leadership, HR, Enablement, and Finance to support opportunities and engagements.
• Mitigate risks and lead change management with clear operating cadences across time zones.
