Job summary

Aave Labs is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the operational function across our growing global business. You will build processes, systems and operating infrastructure to deliver a seamless customer experience at scale, sitting at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Compliance and Security.

The role includes regulatory responsibilities within our Irish entity, and requires balance of operational efficiency with governance and controls for a regulated financial services business.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in operations and strategy execution.
• Experience scaling operations in high-growth fintech or financial services businesses.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and governance in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational function across global business to deliver scalable, compliant customer experiences.
• Own PCF-42 and CF-8 related responsibilities for the Irish regulated entity.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement processes to improve reliability, speed and quality.
