Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in Operations or related function with senior leadership experience.
• Experience in a high-growth fintech or financial services business.
• Experience operating across regulated and unregulated activities.
• Ability to design scalable processes and operating models.
• Track record delivering customer experiences at scale.
• Familiarity with PCF-42 or similar regulated roles is a plus.
• Crypto or Web3 exposure is preferred but not essential.

• Develop and scale the operational strategy, structure and processes for global growth.
• Oversee PCF-42 responsibilities and regulatory obligations for the Irish entity.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks and implement improvements across operations.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience from onboarding to support.
• Own complaints adjudication framework and regulatory compliance.
• Leverage tooling, automation and AI to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Define and monitor KPIs; translate data into actionable priorities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance and Legal for operational readiness.
• Manage vendors and service providers to meet quality and reliability standards.
• Drive operational resilience, incident management and business continuity.
