FIS is seeking an executive-level Compliance and Regulatory Oversight leader to manage second-line compliance across its global regulated entities and business units. You will guide COs/MLROs, coordinate with regulators and the Global Head of Financial Crime Compliance, and drive a robust control environment in line with US and international standards.

Qualifications

• Substantial regulatory compliance experience in executive roles within banks, fintechs or investment firms.
• Deep knowledge of compliance program requirements across US and international regulators.
• Proven ability to lead large, geographically distributed teams.
• Ability to align parent company governance with regulatory expectations and business resources.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive presence to influence C-level decisions.
• Experience engaging with regulators (e.g., CFPB, FRB, FCA, FDIC, FCA).

Responsabilités

• Manage COs/MLROs for FIS regulated entities and contractually obligated units.
• Lead centralized oversight of FIS regulated entity compliance teams.
• Develop and implement a framework for consistent processes, controls, governance, reporting and oversight.
• Balance sovereign entity needs with adherence to parent policies and governance.
• Engage with regulators, oversee inspections, support COs/MLROs in risk mitigation.
• Foster stakeholder relationships to raise awareness of compliance requirements.
• Lead significant regulatory change programs for regulated entities.
• Support M&A due diligence and integration with compliance governance.
• Escalation point for COs/MLROs across entities.
• Coordinate with Global Head Financial Crime Compliance on policies and risk assessments.
