Job summary

Fidelity Information Services Ireland Limited is seeking an executive-level leader to oversee second-line compliance for all FIS regulated entities and contractually obligated business units worldwide. You will guide Compliance Officers and MLROs, ensure robust controls, and collaborate with the Global Head of Financial Crime Compliance.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience in financial services compliance.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory program requirements for regulated entities (US/international).
• Strong stakeholder management at C-level.

Responsibilities

• Manage COs/MLROs for regulated entities and contractually obligated units.
• Lead centralized oversight of compliance teams across entities.
• Develop a framework for clarity and consistency in processes, controls, and reporting.
• Balance sovereign entity needs with parent policy adherence.
• Engage with regulators, oversee inspections, and mitigate regulatory risk.
• Build relationships to support compliance requirements (outsourcing).
• Lead regulatory change programs and M&A due diligence integration.
• Serve as escalation point for COs/MLROs and align with Global Head of Financial Crime Compliance.
