Job summary

Fenergo is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Compliance to lead and deliver the company’s regulatory compliance programme within a global SaaS environment. This hands-on role covers monitoring regulatory developments, translating them into controls, and driving remediation across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business or related field; a legal background is advantageous but not required.
• Strong regulatory and data protection knowledge with practical operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation and delivery of Fenergo’s regulatory compliance programme, including priorities, actions, monitoring and reporting.
• Monitor, analyse, and interpret regulatory requirements; assess applicability and impact on operations and control environment; notify stakeholders.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical controls and processes; identify gaps and drive remediation to completion.
• Support review and negotiation of customer contracts, particularly privacy, regulatory and operational requirements; align with operating model.
• Develop and maintain regulatory guidance, training materials and process playbooks.
• Support customer due diligence and act as point of contact for regulatory compliance during audits.
• Maintain programme objectives, metrics and reporting; provide updates to senior management.
