Job summary

FIS in Ireland seeks an executive-level Compliance lead responsible for second line of defence across all regulated entities and contractually obligated units. You will guide COs/MLROs, build a robust compliance program, and engage with regulators to ensure global regulatory alignment.

You will collaborate with the Global Head of Financial Crime Compliance, report to the Chief Compliance Officer, and oversee regulatory changes, governance, and due diligence across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience in financial services.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance programs.
• Ability to lead geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee COs/MLROs for regulated entities and related units.
• Develop a framework for clear processes, controls, governance and reporting.
• Coordinate regulator engagement and oversee inspections/exams.
• Guide regulatory change programs and M&A due diligence.
