A leading Dublin-based financial services organisation seeks a Financial Crime Compliance Manager to join the Second Line of Defence. You will provide advisory support on complex Financial Crime matters, influence risk decisions, and work across risk and compliance teams to strengthen governance across the merchant lifecycle.

Competenze

• Strong Financial Crime, Compliance or Risk experience within banking, payments or financial services.
• Experience in a Second Line Financial Crime/Compliance environment is essential.
• Good knowledge of AML, sanctions and wider Financial Crime risk.
• Understanding of European cross-border regulatory requirements.

Mansioni

• Providing Financial Crime advisory across merchant onboarding and customer lifecycle management
• Reviewing high-risk merchant referrals, escalations and risk assessments
• Advising on AML, sanctions, anti-bribery & corruption and wider Financial Crime risks
• Supporting Financial Crime policies, standards and regulatory requirements
• Providing oversight of remediation programmes, audit actions and regulatory deliverables
• Analysing Financial Crime trends, incidents and emerging risks
• Contributing to thematic reviews and assessments of Financial Crime controls
• Producing MI, risk analysis and governance materials for senior stakeholders
