Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Dublin to act as first impression for the company and partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver an optimal candidate interview experience. This position will support our global team to efficiently navigate complex scheduling requests and last-minute changes.

You will be expected to be in the office in Dublin at least 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or similar role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling, candidate communications, and panel coordination.
• Open, organize, and maintain recruitment data in our ATS; generate reports.
• Serve as main candidate contact, improving the candidate experience.
• Coordinate in-person / on-site interviews and prepare interview spaces.
• Post job openings and maintain descriptions on job boards and careers page.
• Maintain recruitment documents, templates, and processes; support recruitment events and campaigns.
• Ambassador for Fin’s mission and values to attract AI enthusiasts.
