Job summary

Salesforce Ireland is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with Talent Delivery and Hiring teams, delivering best-in-class candidate experience. You will be a subject matter expert in the interview lifecycle and influence the scheduling process across multiple business units, regions, and a global level.

This high-impact role offers exposure to various business units, opportunities to contribute to key projects, and experience with leading recruiting tools.

Qualifications

1+ years in customer/client facing industry.
1+ years in an operational or administrative role.
Experience evaluated against core competencies for the role.
Language: Fluent French.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual, panel, and onsite interviews across regions.
Manage interview logistics including travel and candidate reimbursements.
Greet candidates onsite and ensure a smooth interviewer experience.
Audit Employment Agreements and ensure background checks are completed.
Build partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers.
Troubleshoot scheduling challenges and support process improvements.
Master ATS and recruiting tools such as Workday, GoodTime, Google Suite, Slack.
Support regional and global recruitment projects and dashboards.
