Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Ireland to partner with Talent Delivery and Hiring teams, delivering best-in-class candidate experiences. You will coordinate interview lifecycle, scheduling across multiple regions, and manage logistics including travel and reimbursements, while upholding global scheduling SLAs.

Manage logistics for interviews including travel and reimbursements.
Greet onsite candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Educate hiring teams on scheduling best practices to meet global SLAs.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to troubleshoot recruitment challenges.
