Job summary

Cubic³ is seeking a Senior Support Engineering Manager in Ireland to lead a 15-person team in platform operations, network operations, and change management. The role is a leadership position, focusing on incident handling, capacity planning, and driving automation to reduce manual work.

You will own service performance, major incident management, and drive improvements with vendors and MNO partners, while maturing the operational model and tooling.

Qualifications

• Experience managing third party vendors and network partners.
• Track record leading teams across time zones.
• Domain knowledge of mobile connectivity or IoT connectivity operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15 support and operations engineers through team leads.
• Own service performance and incident/escalation handling.
• Plan capacity, on-call rotations, and cross-region coverage.
• Drive process maturity in incident, change, problem, and release management.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to feed operational insight into roadmaps.
