Job summary

Qualio in Ireland is seeking a senior product engineering leader to build and mentor a world‑class engineering team, guiding them to deliver reliable, scalable software that supports our growing SaaS platform. You will translate product strategy into executable plans and align engineering goals with business outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on quality, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering management experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of building, growing and inspiring customer-focused engineering teams.
• Ability to translate technology capabilities into strategic business decisions and product opportunities.
