Job summary

TD Bank Group in Dublin, Ireland seeks a Director of Product Control to collaborate with local and global Finance, Product Control, and Front Office teams. You will oversee P&L dashboards, IPV governance, valuation controls, and balance sheet analysis, while driving local control frameworks and regulatory alignment.

The role requires deep experience in Global Markets, xVA, and prudent valuation, with strong leadership and stakeholder management to guide strategic financial decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong financial and business acumen with direct Global Markets/trading experience.
• Experience with xVA, Prudent Valuation and IPV methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as key advisor to Front Office, Risk, and Finance for coverage businesses; provide insight and analysis of financial results.
• Oversee P&L dashboard, IPV, and valuation controls; support P&L production and front office queries.
• Develop local Product Control frameworks, policies and procedures aligned to Group standards; engage with internal auditors/regulators.
