You will lead a small team, oversee NAV review, investor reporting, and regulatory oversight, while acting as a trusted deputy to the Head of Financial Operations Dublin. The role requires a hands-on leader with deep technical fund control expertise, strong communication, and the ability to develop talent within a high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in private equity/private credit fund operations.
• 8+ years of team lead or management experience.
• Experience overseeing third-party administrators and complex fund structures.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong technical fund control knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day investment controlling activities, including NAV review, performance reporting, and investor reporting.
• Review and approve work prepared by team members, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
• Review complex transactions, valuations, and cash flow activity, and provide guidance on fund control matters.
• Act as the primary escalation point for issues involving fund administrators, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop team, set clear priorities, and drive career progression.
• Drive process improvements to streamline workflows and automation across Private Markets Operations.
• Partner with technology and cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and improve scalability.
• Support strategic initiatives and act as deputy to the Head of Financial Operations Dublin.
