Job summary

TD Securities is seeking a strategic leader to manage regional data programs for Europe, Ireland, UK, and Asia Pacific. The role reports to the TDGF CIO in Dublin and collaborates with EDMO for enterprise data governance and roadmaps.

Initial focus is on TDGF Dublin, with potential extension to London and Asia Pacific entities. Strong emphasis on regulatory alignment, data risk, and cross-functional partnership across technology, business, and control functions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve regional data operating model with clear ownership across regional Hub and Spoke.
• Align regional data practices to Enterprise Data Management Standard and regulatory expectations.
• Set up governance and escalation across Regional leadership, Enterprise governance, and Risk/Compliance.
• Develop and implement Europe and Asia Pacific data management strategy aligned to enterprise requirements.
