Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Location Control Management Associate in Dublin to spearhead governance meetings, support risk assessments, and strengthen the controls framework within the Control Management team.

You will collaborate with peers to improve processes and drive positive change, leveraging project management skills to support critical initiatives and reinforce a resilient risk and control environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk or control roles is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in analyzing processes and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage location governance meetings, including operational risk and control committees.
• Support compilation and presentation of risk assessments for legal entities.
• Partner with Control Management to strengthen governance framework and drive improvements.
• Provide project management support for Location Control Management initiatives.
• Develop, review and implement Control Management policies and frameworks.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows.
